Who are we?

We are an Australian owned and operated online, home based small family friendly business. Creating products for bunnies and the “hooman's” they own. Our aim is to provide essential items for your bunnies care, well-being and enrichment. Part proceeds from each sale go towards supporting a nominated local Perth, W.A. rabbit rescues. Our current local rabbit rescue we are supporting is 
Romeo’s Rabbit Rescue. We are constantly on the look out for other Perth, W.A. local rabbit rescues to support. Please feel free to email your suggestions to fluffybuttsbunnyaccessories@gmail.com

Our handmade items are hand created and handcrafted by us. With any handmade item, slight imperfections may occur.  Due to monitor brightness, there may also be slight imperfections of material colours, brightness and shades.

 

I've just placed an order. Can I collect today?

Currently ALL products are handmade and made to order. Being a home based business and the size of some of our items we are unable store majority of stock in surplus amounts. As such, we are unable to offer a click and collect option.

How long will my order take to create?

Due to the nature of some items, orders can take up to one week to produce, sometimes longer during peak times. We will keep you posted via email as to how your order is progressing or if there is a delay in production. 
If you require your item by a certain date, please contact us PRIOR to purchase to ensure we are able to cater for your requests

Delivery Information

Once your delivery is collected via the courier, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then be provided a tracking number so you can track your item. Fluffy Butts Bunny Accessories does not have any control over nor take any responsibility over courier delivery times or loss of items. If you do not receive your item within the designated time stated by your couriers tracking information, please contact us fluffybuttsbunnyaccessories@gmail.com and advise us of the situation and please make contact with the courier directly. The courier may require you to provide additional information to them to resolve the matter. Accounts that do not provide a home address will not be able to be shipped until one is provided.

 

How do I know how much my delivery fee will be?

Please contact us prior to purchase for your delivery fee. If you would like to arrange pick up for one of our nominated pick up dates, please contact us on fluffybuttsbunnyaccessories@gmail.com

Do you deliver to a P.O Box?

Unfortunately our courier is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. Please provide a Home address for your physical item to be delivered to when providing your information during “checkout”.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee’s include the packaging to safely deliver your items and the fee’s involved with shipping.

Are you able to cater for “pick up”?
Currently, we do arrange "pick up" from a designated location on a set day. We try and cater for majority needs to the best of our ability. Please contact us on fluffybuttsbunnyaccessories@gmail.com to find out further details.

Please check your emails frequently to arrange and to keep up to date with pick up information or any changes that may occur. 
Please be aware that if we cannot meet all requests. If an issue arises above our control and we are unable to attend the “pick up” allocated day, we will endeavour to contact you via email or via phone on the number you have provided and an alternative will be arranged. If you are unable to attend a pick up day, please contact us prior to the day or immediately so an alternative day can be arranged.
If an order is not picked up on a designated day and an alternative day isn't arranged, or we are unable to get in contact with you, a shipping invoice will be sent to you to have your item delivered by a courier. Unfortunately being a small family based business we are unable to store items long term without prior purchase arrangement. We are unable to cater for personal drop offs for surrounding areas. These situations fall under courier deliveries.

We do not offer “pick up” to interstate and international customers.
**Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw the “pick up” option at any time.

 

International Customers

Please contact us prior to purchase to ensure that we are able to deliver to your particular country.

Refund Policy
If for any reason your product arrives faulty or broken please contact us at fluffybuttsbunnyaccessories@gmail.com where we can discuss further details with you. Claims of damage can only be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases. All items are photographed prior to packing with time and date stamp along with postage details to ensure items are sent in good working order. If you receive the wrong item, please do not use the item. Due to the nature of our items and current environmental issues, a refund cannot be issued if the item has been used.

Cancellation Fee
*For permitted cancellations, a restocking fee of 50% of the total sale price is applicable. As the items are hand made to order. 

Independent Orders

We do accept independent orders. In certain circumstances we are unable to fulfill custom orders. If you wish for us to design something for you without you having plans, a fee will be charged for the service of designing.
